Broth

Day 1: Pumpkin Soup
  • 1 medium sized pumpkin
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 3-4 onions
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 2-3 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 oranges, with skin
  • Add spices according to taste

 

Day 2: Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup
  • 3-4 medium sized carrots
  • 2-3 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 4-5 medium sized tomatoes
  • 3-4 onions
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 2 small leeks
  • Add spices according to taste

 

Day 3: Cabbage Soup
  • 1 small purple cabbage
  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 3-4 onions
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 4-5 medium sized tomatoes
  • Add spices according to taste

 

Spices:
  • Garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh turmeric or powder
  • Parsley
  • Coriander powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Himalayan salt

 

Directions
  1. Do not peel any of these special soup organic vegetables
  2. Wash and scrub them well
  3. Cut them coarsely
  4. Cover with pure quality water, 3 liters. Vary the amount of water used for cooking according to taste and desired consistency
  5. Simmer them slowly for 2 hours
  6. Then put them through a strainer
  7. Keep well covered in refrigerator no longer than 2 days
  8. Warm up as much as needed each time
  9. Serves 6-8
